Christal is passionate about helping the team shine and takes pride in motivating technicians to perform at their best while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Known for her positive energy and strong organizational skills, Christal is always looking for ways to improve processes and create a supportive, team-focused environment. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and giving back by volunteering with plumbing industry organizations. His commitment to both his craft and his community makes him an invaluable member of our team.

Hunter is a plumbing apprentice with a deep-rooted passion for the trade and a strong commitment to the family business. He’s currently pursuing a degree in Business at Assumption University while also attending night school for plumbing—balancing academic learning with hands-on experience as he works toward playing a larger role at A&L in the future.

Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Hunter is proud to carry on the family tradition in the trades. At the same time, he’s absorbing everything he can about the business side from his “bonus mom”, soaking up her knowledge and perspective to better understand what it takes to help a company grow and thrive.

Hunter’s strong work ethic, curiosity, and can-do attitude show in everything he takes on—whether he’s on a job site, in class, or learning from those around him. Outside of work and school, you’ll find him riding his motorcycle, working on his truck, or spending time with his siblings.

Chris

Electrical Service Manager

Chris entered the electrical trade in 2013 and joined A&L Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc. in early 2026 as a Master Electrician. He is dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical work. Chris loves meeting new faces every day and making a difference in people’s lives—whether wiring a boiler to get a family up and running with heat or replacing an outlet so someone can get back to their daily routine. He takes pride in combining technical expertise with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to his craft, Chris also values supporting his team and helping create a positive work environment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Haylie, and their children, Harper and Bennett, making the most of family moments and staying active with them whenever possible.

Jack

Licensed Plumber

Jack entered the plumbing trade in 2023 and joined the A&L team in early 2026. Jack is a licensed plumber who enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and the challenge that comes with solving problems. He appreciates that no two service calls are the same and takes pride in finding the right solution for each home he works in. For Jack, it’s rewarding to know the work he does directly helps people by restoring comfort, safety, and reliability to their plumbing systems.

Known for his strong work ethic and practical approach to problem-solving, Jack focuses on delivering quality workmanship while providing a positive experience for every client. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending his free time playing basketball, skiing, and mountain biking. 

Eric

HVAC & Plumbing Service Manager

Eric entered the HVAC trade in 1999 and brings decades of experience and a deep passion for the mechanical trades. He holds multiple licenses, including Journeyman Plumber, Master Electrician, and Journeyman Sheet Metal, making him a versatile and highly skilled leader on the team. In his role, Eric is committed not only to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions, but also to training and developing the next generation of technicians, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable, and confident team.

One of Eric’s favorite aspects of electrical work is taking something many people find intimidating and making it approachable through his expertise and confidence. He also has a strong appreciation for the fundamentals of HVAC, enjoying the science behind the systems and seeing real-world applications prove theory right every day. Even with years of experience, Eric remains committed to continuous learning and is always looking to expand his knowledge while supporting the growth of those around him.

Lou

HVAC Technician

Lou entered the HVAC trade in 2013 and brings a strong foundation of experience to his role as an HVAC Technician with a focus on installation. He takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and ensuring each installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Lou enjoys the hands-on nature of the trade and the opportunity to work alongside other skilled technicians to get the job done right.

One of Lou’s favorite parts of the trade is building relationships with his team and coworkers. He values collaboration and believes a strong team environment leads to better results for both the company and its customers. Known for his reliability and team-first mindset, Lou is a dependable part of the crew.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing cornhole and spending quality time with his family.

Morgan

Home Solutions Advisor

Morgan is an experienced Home Solutions Advisor with a strong technical background in heating, cooling, and whole home comfort systems. He entered the trade in 1999 and has built a career grounded in hands on industry experience across installation, service, and system design.

Throughout his career, Morgan has developed expertise in warm air furnaces, heat pumps, advanced steam and hot water boilers, as well as complex control wiring and zoning systems. His background also includes custom sheet metal fabrication and high level troubleshooting, giving him a well rounded understanding of both residential and commercial climate control solutions.

Morgan joined our team in early 2026, bringing decades of technical knowledge and a customer focused approach to every project. As a Home Solutions Advisor, he helps homeowners make informed decisions by recommending reliable, efficient, and long term solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending his free time golfing, snowboarding, and making memories with his wife and their daughter. His balance of technical expertise, personal dedication, and family values makes him a trusted resource for customers and a valued member of the team.
